The children from our city are not being active enough. What i mean is that the highest obesity rate is owned by the U.S. An not many people are active they rather sit in the couch an eat chips all day instead of going out to walk due activities in the park. An many kids are getting the habbit of not doing nothing.

I think it would be better for the city to have more activities that people and kids can enjoy. Also, to have less fattening foods in all the stores. I think by having more activities in the city that people can enjoy would benefit everyone in the community. They would all enjoy playing what they can with family and friends. It would also have everyone waiting for the time of the day to go outside and play with others.
This can help anyone in the community because they really don't like going outside to do anything or they live in the middle of nowhere and have nothing to do. If there are activities they can find a ride to go and enjoy it with their friends and family.
If there are more activities in the city than everyone can have fun and have a good time with anyone. They can also make new friends and have more people to hang out with. If they have more people to hang out with than they can enjoy the fun activities that they have with anyone they find.
The children in my community is an even split of lazy and active. Most of the kids in my community go out and play for more than one hour like seen on the commercials. The lazy ones are those who try to play but can''t really do anything so they try and be the boss of the group. There are many ways a children will get all happy and hyper and would want to go out and be active.
Donating bikes or fund raising them for the community. Children, teens and even adults enjoy riding bikes. If you give a kid a bike im pretty sure hes going to ride it for awhile, might even be out most of the day with his friends. Not only bikes but scooter and skateboards. Those who can't afford a bike get ditched by there friends who have bikes.
There are many other ways you can get a kid to get active. The plan would be to give them what they need in order to be fit. As a young boy there is no way of them lifting weights because thats bad for them. Maybe there can be an gymnastic team. This sport gets you strong and your able to be fit and stay active. They don't use dumbbells or anything they do everything by monkey bars and carrying your own weight, things like that. So to conclude this, there are many ways to get children fit we just need the right equipment.
To encourage the children in our community to be active and fit would always play for an hour a day at least. I think the parents should pay more attention because especially when they are little kids they love to play outside. Or, when they want to play videos game and watch tv. there should be a limit and they send them outside or plan something fun. I think doing something with them and distracting them from things that aren't good and pay attention to what they are doing.
I also think eating right is the best and keeps the body working and no obesity or something else. I think eating vegies and fruits everyday is good because it keeps the body up. Also, anorexia or polemic isn't good kids and teens have to have something good in their body. Eating right gets a good cause because you get a nice shape and being strong.
Eating junkfood isn't good weather it's so delicious it doesn't help. Like getting cholesterol, diabetes, or obesity doesn't help and it gets worse to where also you can get blind when you have diabetes. I think we should eat a little candy, soda, chips, and all that one a couples weeks but everyday that doesn't help at the end of the day. I think these are necessary steps to have a nice body and be healthy. Living with junkfood doesn't help you and not excessing doesn't help.
I will make a letter to convince the community of joining into a team created by the whole community. I will try to persuade them and then make a list of what we will do and every when we will do it, I will say what days and what time. I think that it will help give them a choice and they if they can't do it at that time I will give out a source so they could contact me, for their opinion....
I want to invite all of you so that we could convince our children and even our adults to be more active and more fit. We will try to create teams for all kinds of sports; we will run and exercise. This will help our children to be more fit and healthier, this is good for them because it will be better for their health and the obesity in our community will decrease. You might say "well I'm fit, so why should I go" well this will help you to have better health and will set an example to your children to exercise and be more active. This is a very good way to teach and be part of a better, more fit, and healthy community; It will help our children be more active in the future and more healthy.
This will help our community have healthier children they will not have heart problems and the chance of getting diabetes or high cholesterol will be very low. I think that this will teach our children, and they will know that it is necessary to exercise and to be active to prevent getting these deseases. It will make our community the healthiest and most fit of all, this will help us and I think that it is necessary to do.
If we do get the right to do this we will come to practice and exercise two times a week and will play games on saturdays. This is better than having it every day because we will have time off to do things that must be done. Having the privilege to do this will be very good and I know that every single one of our children in this community will enjoy playing and having fun with other kids in this town.
This will help our children make new friends and make our community more communicative, more people will talk to each other and we will get to meet lots of new people in this town. This will be the same with the adults and teens, they will have their separate teams and they will get to meet people too. This will help our community in not being shy and everyone will know that we are all part of the same community and should work as a TEAM to make any changes happen in this town.
Practice will start at 4:30pm and it will end around 6:30pm, this will give children do homework first and then time to shower after. Our games on Saturday, they will start around 10:30, this is a good time because the sun will not be as strong as at noon. Thank you,

Dear City Council,
Hello, it has came to my concern that our children have gotten very lazy and there have been a lack of exercising. I recommend that you get your child,siblings,or any relative under the of 18 join a little league team or tell them to go play outside like the rest of the children.This generation of kids have gotten very lazy due to always being stuck on there T.V. and other electronic resources. I as a adult do not like the fact that our children have gotten very lazy and are getting obese.
I believe the best way to persuade our todays children to go out there and participate in out door activities is by being a role model and play with them once in a while.I believe children just need some kind of inspiration. Don't make sports all about winning make them fun. Some children dislike when parents think sports are all about winning when they really aren't I believe sports were made to be fun and to learn some sportsmanships skills.
So, please be a good guardian and influence your child that they need some kind of exercise. I don't want to see our today's generation obese. Do your part and they will do there's trust me. Be a positive and keep your child of drugs and gangs.
If I was asked to put a plan together that would make kids from my community more active would as the following. I would make like an obstacle course and a small soccer and football fields and hold tournaments weekly so kids could have fun and they would be working out and they wouldn't even know that.
Also in my community I would try to make something like a excercise progam where kids can sign up for $10 an hour and they would be able to do fun activities.I would try to persuade congress to make parks like this all over cities all over the country shiz.
I would try to get blueprints of my plans and show them to the politicians and convince them to support this idea and give me money.OF course I dont know if they would actually cause they would prob spend the money on something stupid like war.
We need to get fix because they way you feel it helps you feel better about your self people should do what they want to do and when they want to do but they should do it because they want to do it for them your self because if someone ask you to work out they making you do.
When you work out it makes you good and make you look good aslo because of what you do it you do abs or running there are a lot od thing you can do to look good to work out.
I would try to encourage children in my community to become active by bringing parents, family and friends together. Together I would ask them for financial support with that money i would bring a group of activities so the kids can participate.
And I know kids today are influenced by what everyone else is doing. What i am trying to say is if we are able to get 10-15 kids then i am positive the whole community will come and let their kids participate.
I think it is good for kids to be healthy, eat healthy and be active. This can change ones life greatly. And i know that this can get done if we are all able to come together and support one another. Because our kids future and health are very important.
There are many ways kids can stay active. I will tell you these reasons. I believe that kids need to stop eating junk food that makes them fat, and fat people are lazy. People need to incorporate exercise into their daily regimen.
If you walk everywhere you go you are more likely to lose weight, we can all agree with that. and not only do you have stop eating unhealthy foods you have to also eat very healthy foods, if you don't it could mean your life.
